Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Hybrid schedule (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays in-office) if located within 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT; otherwise, the role is remote.

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Create sales training materials including decks, playbooks, and microlearning from rough inputs and SME calls.
• Develop end-to-end presentations and collateral aligned with company voice, tone, and visual brand standards.
• Design training focused on field application and behavior change to help reps apply new concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to refine content based on field feedback and iterative cycles.
• Manage multiple high-velocity projects simultaneously, balancing quality with speed under tight timelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, enablement, or content design.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Exceptional slide design and storytelling skills using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
• Strong writing and editing abilities for clear, concise, and audience-aware communication.
• Ability to translate complex technical ideas into simple, actionable training content.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SaaS, sales, or go-to-market (GTM) teams.
• Familiarity with adult learning frameworks or instructional design principles.
• Proficiency with Canva, Figma, or e-learning platforms like Articulate.
• A portfolio demonstrating presentation design and content development work.
