What you will do
- Drive the communication-intelligence business in assigned regions by supporting local sales organizations.
- Forecast business volume, identify new opportunities, and track projects through the sales pipeline.
- Provide technical consultation during the pre-sales phase for customers and internal teams.
- Lead the bid team to create technical proposals and deliver compelling offers.
- Translate operational requirements into concrete technical solutions and clear offer documentation.
- Shape commercial contract negotiations and define bidding and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Solid experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within COMINT, SIGINT, or radio communications.
- Business-fluent English and German proficiency required.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Proactive commercial mindset and ability to collaborate across diverse international organizational units.
