What you will do
- Manage large and complex deployments, escalations, and renewals for a portfolio of named accounts.
- Conduct strategic business reviews and health checks with client executive leadership to drive desired business outcomes.
- Present and demonstrate cyber threat defense solutions to C-suite executives (CIO, CISO, CTO).
- Identify, nurture, and negotiate complex upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Analyze customer engagement levels to assess risk and execute comprehensive action plans for account health.
- Mentor junior staff and lead strategic initiatives to build team structure and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Technical Account Management, or Consulting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior business professionals across various industries.
- Advanced understanding of cybersecurity concepts; familiarity with enterprise networking technology is preferred.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office.
