What you will do

• Manage large and complex deployments, escalations, and renewals for a portfolio of named accounts.
• Conduct strategic business reviews and health checks with client executive leadership to drive desired business outcomes.
• Present and demonstrate cyber threat defense solutions to C-suite executives (CIO, CISO, CTO).
• Identify, nurture, and negotiate complex upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
• Analyze customer engagement levels to assess risk and execute comprehensive action plans for account health.
• Mentor junior staff and lead strategic initiatives to build team structure and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Technical Account Management, or Consulting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior business professionals across various industries.
• Advanced understanding of cybersecurity concepts; familiarity with enterprise networking technology is preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office.
