What you will do

  • Manage and expand strategic opportunities within the Bundeswehr ecosystem to grow the company's footprint.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted campaigns and growth strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Bundeswehr stakeholders, coordinating internal resources to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and lead account reviews, strategic planning sessions, and high-level presentations.
  • Monitor contract performance and customer satisfaction to ensure timely resolution of all issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to align deliverables with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, specifically within the defense, aerospace, or technology sectors.
  • Fluent German and English (C1/C2), both written and spoken.
  • Strong familiarity with Bundeswehr structures, capability planning, and procurement processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
