What you will do

  • Lead, manage, and grow opportunities within the Bundeswehr, ensuring strong relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop campaigns to expand footprint in land ecosystem.
  • Act as point of contact for stakeholders and coordinate internal resources for solutions.
  • Prepare account reviews, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Monitor contract performance, customer satisfaction, and resolve issues timely.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, program, and operations teams.
  • Stay informed on Bundeswehr procurement processes, structures, and defense trends.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration, economics, political science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally in defense, aerospace, or technology.
  • Excellent German and English (C1/C2) communication and negotiation skills, written and spoken.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships.
  • Highly organized, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong familiarity with Bundeswehr structures, capability planning, procurement processes, and defense regulations.
