Salary: $160,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies and sympthy-based ploys.
• Independently manage all facets of litigation, including court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Collaborate within a team of diverse experience levels to defend high-stakes claims.
• Maintain routine communications and cultivate strong relationships with existing and future clients.
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and mentorship to less experienced attorneys.

Requirements

• Active bar license in the State of California.
• JD from an ABA approved school.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, specifically in deposition and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
