What you will do

• Provide legal advice on employment laws with focus on Americas and support HR on day-to-day queries.
• Advise on restructuring, redundancies, diversity initiatives, incentives, and compensation.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, investigations, discipline, and terminations.
• Manage employment claims, litigation, and external counsel; develop training programs.
• Monitor legal developments, design compliant policies, and support new locations, M&A, and immigration.
• Use AI tools and assess risks, escalating to senior team members.

Requirements

• Strong academic background with ability to practice law in the US
• Significant legal experience including at a law firm; in-house desirable
• Extensive knowledge of international employment law and cross-border issues beyond US
• Excellent communication, judgment, project management, and collaboration skills
• Experience managing outside counsel and budgets
• Genuine interest in international employment law
