Requirements

• Active bar license in the state of California
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 3–7 years of litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation.
• 2+ years of employment defense experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
