Location: Delft, NL (site based, 1-2 days remote per week)

What you will do

• Provide technical and commercial support to customers and global sales for standard bioreactor systems
• Prepare and manage quotations and orders with technical accuracy and compliance
• Review commercial orders and coordinate configurable orders with production
• Maintain and improve quotation and configuration systems, processing product changes
• Prepare configuration documentation for production and ERP systems (SAP)
• Support product demonstrations, trainings, and promotional activities
• Collect and follow up on customer feedback, complaints, and improvement suggestions

Requirements

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Vocational degree (MBO) or equivalent, preferably technical
• Strong technical affinity with bioreactor systems and applications
• Excellent commercial and communication skills, customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable with ERP systems, quotation tools, Microsoft Office
• Affinity with programming and configuration software
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions
