What you will do

• Design and implement scalable Workday solutions across core HR domains, focusing on business process frameworks and organizational structures.
• Translate complex business problems into structured system solutions following governance standards and long-term sustainability.
• Own platform domains such as Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Talent, ensuring reliability and design integrity.
• Develop advanced reporting and data solutions, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
• Collaborate within an Agile delivery model to translate business needs into user stories and technical deliverables.
• Drive platform scalability, automation, and the continuous improvement of design standards and governance practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, specifically configuring and delivering Workday solutions.
• Proven expertise in designing business processes, calculated fields, and core system setup.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve configuration, data, and reporting issues.
• Experience developing production-grade Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
• Deep understanding of the Workday Core HCM data model and business process data flows.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with ownership of defined workstreams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Security configuration.
• Exposure to integrations such as EIB and Core Connectors.
• Experience working in global enterprise environments across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with additional Workday modules like Absence, Compensation, or Talent.
• Experience contributing to platform standards, governance models, or design frameworks.
