What you will do

• Lead and implement Workday solutions based on client priorities and requirements.
• Build, automate, and release solutions ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Identify and resolve risks affecting release scope, schedule, and quality.
• Support testing activities to ensure defect resolution within SLAs.
• Assist with data conversion and reporting tasks as needed.
• Ensure all delivery assurance checkpoints are completed on time.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Quezon City, Philippines
• English: Proficient (B2) required
• At least 5 years of Workday experience with certification required.
• Experience managing Workday business process configurations, report writing, calculated fields, and security.
• Agile experience, specifically Scrum methodology.
• Bachelor's degree required.
