What you will do

  • Lead the creation and evolution of design systems, art guidelines, and visual standards.
  • Develop engaging creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and branded materials.
  • Design and produce corporate merchandise, event visuals, booths, and branded environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze and optimize design workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality across all outputs following brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Proven experience in designing for social media, infographics, and branded merchandise.
  • Solid understanding of composition, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
