What you will do

• Support system launch, adoption, and procedural success across assigned accounts.
• Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and manage handoffs from launch teams.
• Train surgeons, OR staff, and office personnel on system setup and procedural workflows.
• Track and document surgeon progression through onboarding and competency milestones.
• Assist Territory Managers in sales planning, account development, and goal achievement.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to support Marketing and R&D product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical device sales environment or B2B background.
• Ability to travel up to 75% (primarily domestic).
• Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover cases independently within 60 days post-training.
• Demonstrated success in customer engagement and technical aptitude.

• Strong clinical communication skills and familiarity with Operating Room (OR) environments.
• Proficiency in OR training and procedural support.
• Strong administrative discipline regarding CRM and expense reports.
• High adaptability and learning agility in a fast-paced environment.
