Salary: $76,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage and retain a book of customers with under $20–30k ARR across designated product areas.
  • Drive proactive outreach and adoption using customer health analytics and established playbooks.
  • Build strong relationships with end users and manager-level stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly ARR retention and expansion quota targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to share customer feedback and optimize workflows.
  • Own initial de-escalation of customer issues and manage escalations professionally.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, solution implementation, or complex problem solving.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and drive repeatable, consistent outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience meeting metrics for expansion revenue and customer retention.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies and workflows quickly.
