TL;DR
Head of Product, Consumer (Marketplace): Owning the end-to-end consumer proposition and rebuilding the business model from lead generation to a subscription marketplace with an accent on product-led growth loops and repeat usage strategy. Focus on designing structural moats, coaching a team of PMs, and implementing AI-powered tools to scale consumer acquisition.

What you will do
- Own the consumer value proposition and transition the business model to a subscription marketplace.
- Identify and build product-led growth loops to drive scalable, compounding consumer acquisition.
- Develop strategies to increase repeat usage and LTV, turning one-time enquirers into returning consumers.
- Coach and grow a team of Product Managers, raising the bar for discovery, prioritization, and delivery.
- Directly lead high-leverage initiatives, including the consumer mobile app and AI-powered search tools.
- Partner with the CPO and other senior leaders to shape the overall commercial and company strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior product leader in a fast-paced online business at scale.
- Deep expertise in marketplace dynamics, consumer demand-side behavior, and product-led growth loops.
- Strong track record of mentoring and developing Product Managers.
- Ability to operate under ambiguity and lead through a major business transformation.
- Must be based in Spain to be considered for this role.
- AI-first leadership approach, fluent with agentic workflows and AI-driven prototyping.
