What you will do

• Own and evolve the product strategy for ad management and inventory systems across multiple European markets.
• Design and improve ad publishing workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and marketplace performance.
• Identify friction points in inventory flow and develop scalable product solutions to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to deliver impactful features.
• Define and analyze key product and business metrics to guide prioritization.
• Manage roadmap planning and backlog prioritization for a dedicated engineering squad.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within marketplace, inventory, or platform environments.
• Strong experience with data-driven products, including integrations and data pipelines.
• Proven ability to build internal tools, operational platforms, or B2B2C systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, Operations).
• Strong analytical mindset to identify problems and opportunities using data.
• Must be based in the EU.
