TL;DR

Senior Product Manager - Growth & Welcome Experience (D2C): Create product-led growth by crafting compelling acquisition and conversion experiences that introduce dog owners to tailored subscription food proposition with an accent on trialist journey, transparent pricing, and early retention. Focus on driving funnel metrics from onboarding to LTV, defining OKRs, and delivering high-impact initiatives through cross-functional squads.

Location: Hybrid in Richmond, UK. Work from abroad 2 weeks every 6 months.

hirify.global is a B Corp dog food subscription company creating tailored nutrition recipes for each dog, backed by Purina and scaling fast.

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex high-impact initiatives across growth domains, aligning stakeholders and using agile experimentation.
  • Shape growth product vision and roadmap, prioritizing improvements to acquisition, conversion, satisfaction, and cohort value via data insights.
  • Work with designers and squad leads to refine backlog, validate features through research and prototyping, and create actionable tickets.
  • Manage one PM, providing strategic direction for trialist journey and ensuring seamless acquisition across channels with Marketing.
  • Champion customer and commercial outcomes in subscription model, balancing economic levers and high standards in matrixed environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric roadmaps in D2C or ecommerce, improving funnel metrics end-to-end.
  • Ownership of product-led growth plans, scoping features aligning customer needs with commercial goals.
  • Test-and-learn mindset with product discovery techniques like A/B testing, prototyping, and feedback loops.
  • Experience managing product managers, setting expectations, feedback, and career development.
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into clear plans, influence stakeholders, and drive progress in fast-paced contexts.

Nice to have

  • Experience in scale-ups or subscription services with physical delivery.
  • Knowledge of pet, nutrition, or wellness categories.
  • Hands-on with personalisation, machine learning, AI-driven solutions.
  • Deep performance marketing experience including lead gen and referrals.
