What you will do

• Drive product strategy and vision across the mobile games portfolio to align with business goals.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, writing PRDs and leading feature development from hypothesis to launch.
• Own the experimentation process, using A/B testing and data analysis to optimize retention and monetization.
• Leverage and promote AI-driven workflows (Copilot, GPT) to automate tasks and accelerate development.
• Collaborate with engineering, game design, and UA teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Take full ownership of product outcomes and measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of improving core metrics.
• Strong background in mobile gaming, casual games, or ad-monetized products.
• Hands-on ability to pull data, automate routine workflows, and build simple prototypes.
• AI-fluent with a history of using AI tools to impact daily workflows.
• Data-driven mindset capable of challenging assumptions through evidence and experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile game monetization models (ads, IAP, hybrid).
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Firebase, GameAnalytics, or Amplitude.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments or scaling live game products.
