What you will do

• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable LiveOps strategies used across multiple games and teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with game teams, central tech, and data science to identify high-leverage product opportunities.
• Define and monitor product KPIs to continuously improve strategy effectiveness and tool adoption.
• Own major feature releases from conceptualization to launch and long-term maintenance.
• Create compelling proposals for new LiveOps strategies and tool capabilities.
• Act as a leader and mentor for other PMs on the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on data-informed decisions.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful LiveOps strategies and products from 0 to 1.
• Experience working with Machine Learning (ML) products in highly KPI-driven environments.
• Strong ability to create detailed PRDs and perform root cause analysis.
• Excellent leadership and influence skills to align diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in Spain.
