What you will do

• Execute outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce loan options and qualify borrowers.
• Manage a pipeline of business prospects for home buying, refinancing, or home equity lines of credit.
• Hit key sales performance targets and drive customer conversion through critical funnel stages.
• Assist home buyers with mortgage applications and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with product and revenue operations teams to improve in-house software and customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably with at least 1 year in the mortgage industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with verifiable motivation and work ethic.
• Exceptional interpersonal and strong written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Must be able to work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
• Must be based in Detroit, MI.
