What you will do

• Lead and take overall responsibility for I&C design projects, coordinating efforts across multi-discipline teams.
• Manage automation, instrumentation, control, and SCADA projects for water and wastewater utilities through planning and construction.
• Act as a key liaison between local design teams, clients, and design centers in the Rocky Mountain region.
• Perform field investigations, attend factory acceptance testing, and resolve construction issues.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets while supporting proposals and sales presentations.
• Develop advanced engineering solutions for complex technical challenges in the Water and Wastewater sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of experience in instrumentation, control, and automation design consulting.
• At least 7 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry.
• Experience with SCADA systems and PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Modicon, Emerson Ovation, ABB 800xA).
• Proficiency in developing P&ID, network diagrams, instrument schedules, and control narratives.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Colorado (or ability to obtain it within one year).
