What you will do

• Manage all phases of electrical and control equipment, including preventive, corrective, and emergency service.
• Troubleshoot DCS systems, PLCs, VFDs, motor control circuits, and burner management systems.
• Calibrate mechanical and electrical instrumentation, specifically Rosemount sensing equipment.
• Install and test new equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Assist in redesigning instrumentation, control, and electrical systems.
• Conduct predictive analysis of electrical systems and update the Preventive Maintenance System.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with electronic/electrical and pneumatic systems in an industrial environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and/or formal technical training.
• Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Distributive Control Systems (DCS).
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose OMRON and Allen Bradley PLC hardware and logic.
• Ability to read electrical prints and P&IDs.
• Must be able to work on a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
