Senior Electrical Engineer (Industrial)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, USA. On-site role with approximately 10% travel. Relocation assistance is available.

What you will do

• Manage multiple electrical engineering projects in the industrial, power, and process sectors.
• Design and coordinate power distribution, generation, and industrial/manufacturing electrical systems.
• Develop balance-of-plant process electrical designs integrating chilled water, compressed air, and steam or hot-water systems.
• Coordinate with internal MEP/FP teams, architects, owners, and contractors to deliver project objectives.
• Use SKM, ETAP, or comparable electrical system modeling software.
• Support business development through market and client identification, action planning, and Nashville office priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience with complex building electrical systems in the industrial and power/process sector.
• Experience with Revit and electrical system modeling software such as SKM or ETAP.
• Knowledge of power distribution, power generation, industrial construction, and process electrical design.
• Strong written, verbal, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% and work in Nashville, Tennessee.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer license.
• Business development experience and understanding of client and market development.
