What you will do
- Manage pipeline tracking, weekly debriefs, and Salesforce CRM integrity for Enterprise accounts.
- Provide executive coordination for the CSO, including calendar management and travel logistics.
- Conduct targeted BDR outreach to secure introductory calls for the VP of Enterprise Sales.
- Handle on-site event logistics, registration, and lead capture from conference attendees.
- Develop sales enablement materials, presentations, and manage meeting assets.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing and Community teams for lead mapping and procurement.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or as a Senior BDR.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, specifically in reporting and data integrity.
- Experience supporting Director to C-suite level executives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and visual mapping tools like LucidChart.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in PBM, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with Sendoso or Outreach.
