Infrastructure Architect - Enterprise Resilience

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid work with four days a week in the office

What you will do

• Design and operate highly available, fault-tolerant solutions across hybrid enterprise environments.
• Develop disaster recovery strategies using failover solutions, replication tools, and DRaaS platforms such as SRM, ASR, and DRS.
• Define enterprise resilience requirements for projects and company-wide initiatives, communicating technical information to senior leadership.
• Prepare roadmaps, guidelines, and technical direction aligned with department and business strategies.
• Lead projects and initiatives through technical expertise while driving innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders, anticipate risks, and develop solutions across business units.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in related functions.
• 5–7 years of experience leading through mentorship and driving thought leadership and innovation.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud architecture and on-premises infrastructure.
• Experience with disaster recovery, data replication, backups, distributed architectures, and cyber resilience.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship management, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree plus two additional years of relevant experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries, preferably financial services.
• Certifications such as CBCP, CCNA, CDRE, CDRP, ITIL, or AZ-305.
