What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network architecture and infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Provide network engineering, troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization.
- Design and implement network resiliency, disaster recovery, high-availability, and modernization solutions.
- Support network security controls, firewall policies, ACLs, proxy services, email gateways, and cloud connectivity.
- Architect and support Cisco Collaboration solutions, including UCM, UCCX, and Unity Connection.
- Maintain network standards, diagrams, and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring colleagues, and supporting deployments and maintenance windows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of enterprise IT infrastructure support experience.
- At least 5 years of network architecture, engineering, and design experience.
- Experience with Cisco and Juniper networking, F5 or Kemp load balancers, SAN, Palo Alto NGFW, Cisco IronPort, and firewall, ACL, and proxy policy management.
- Experience with SIP, PRI, POTS, cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, network monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization.
- Experience implementing Cisco UCM, Cisco UCCX, and Cisco Unity Connection.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Network automation and scripting experience.
- Enterprise cloud networking with Azure or AWS.
- Large-scale network modernization or data center network architecture experience.
- Government or highly regulated environment experience.
