What you will do

• Define and lead the company's AI strategy and roadmap, establishing the AI Centre of Excellence.
• Develop AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and risk management processes.
• Administer enterprise AI tools, evaluate vendors, manage budgets, and standardize platforms.
• Partner with business teams to identify, prioritize, prototype, and scale high-value AI use cases.
• Deliver training programs, workshops, playbooks, and enablement sessions to boost AI literacy and adoption.
• Monitor usage, track KPIs, measure ROI, and report outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading AI, automation, digital transformation, or cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of AI and generative AI use cases in business.
• Excellent stakeholder management across executive, technical, and operational teams.
• Experience driving organizational change, training, and adoption.
• Strong analytical skills for defining KPIs, ROI, and performance measures.
• Excellent communication to explain AI to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience building or leading a Centre of Excellence or transformation office.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, LLMs, workflow automation, and data governance.
• Background in regulated or privacy-sensitive environments.
• Experience across business and technology functions.
