Location: Onsite in London or Helsinki. Relocation support is available.

What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day management of key platform partnerships, including planning cycles, QBRs, and execution tracking.
  • Translate high-level game and company strategy into platform-specific sub-strategies.
  • Build and maintain high-level trust and rapport with internal and external partners.
  • Own commercial outcomes, manage budgets, and be accountable for growth, discovery, and engagement impact.
  • Develop scalable playbooks, templates, and processes to improve partnership management.
  • Lead discovery innovation by scoping and executing early-stage platform experiments.

Requirements

  • Experience in the games industry is a must (mobile, PC, console, or adjacent).
  • Deep operating knowledge of at least one major digital platform (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Discord, or Roblox).
  • Proven track record in platform partnerships, business development, or GTM roles with owned outcomes.
  • Experience building partnerships from early-stage through to scaled commercial impact.
  • Comfort with commercial negotiations, managing partner investments, or owning budget lines.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to London or Helsinki.
