• Lead large-scale marketing and cross-platform engagements as a strategic partner to clients.
• Manage financials, work quality, and team motivation in client relationships.

• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, expressing perspectives and requirements.
• Set and manage client expectations to deliver stunning, user-centric work.

Requirements

• Expert experience leading large-scale marketing and cross-platform (web/mobile) engagements in design or innovation agency.
• Experience in client services with top-tier consulting or interactive agencies (web, mobile, video, brand, strategic consulting).
• Ability to manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple tracks and teams.
• Comfort interacting with clients at all levels and backgrounds, from CEO to support staff.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies and design lifecycle.
• Sharp attention to detail, good memory, and leadership as communicator and mentor.
