Boost by Banter sits at the intersection of innovative crypto projects and premium media exposure. The company builds tailor-made sponsorship experiences for one of the most engaged audiences in the industry and is seeking a driven Partnerships Manager to lead and grow the sales pipeline.

📋 Responsibilities include:
- Seeking out, pitching, negotiating, and closing new sponsors, partners, KOLs, and affiliates.
- Building and maintaining relationships that convert into successful campaign integrations.
- Working alongside hosts, agents, and KOLs to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Providing clear reporting and ongoing communication to keep sponsors informed.
- Researching new market opportunities and establishing strong client relationships.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Aligning efforts with internal teams to ensure campaign success.

🔑 Requirements:
- 5+ years in sales, with minimum 3 years in crypto (non-negotiable).
- Genuine understanding of the crypto space and its audience.
- Experience at a Web3 marketing agency or media house (strong advantage).
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
