We are hiring a Gaming Growth Strategist to drive revenue growth in a UK-based gaming consulting business.
We have an active outreach system, ongoing projects, and a team in place. The role focuses on turning opportunities into high-quality projects and building strong, long-term relationships within the gaming industry.
We work with game studios, publishers, and platforms on product strategy, player experience, retention, and monetisation. Our clients come to us to better understand their players, improve performance, and make smarter product decisions.
Scope:
• Own revenue generation through new and existing clients
• Work closely with outreach to convert pipeline into opportunities
• Build and develop relationships with studios, publishers, and platforms
• Leverage your own network to generate high-quality opportunities
• Shape and develop strategic partnerships within the gaming ecosystem
• Collaborate with delivery and operations to ensure opportunities are relevant and executable
• Be accountable for conversion and revenue KPIs
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry
• Existing network in the gaming space or ability to build one quickly
• Experience working with studios, publishers, or platforms
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
