hirify.global is a health operating system that provides a unified API platform for developers and AIs to access normalized health data from hundreds of wearables, sensors, and labs.

What you will do

• Manage the full partnership pipeline, from sourcing data suppliers (wearables, hospitals) to onboarding downstream AI labs and developers.
• Negotiate and close complex enterprise-scale deals involving data rights, consent frameworks, and SLAs.
• Define the global ecosystem strategy, identifying key verticals like metabolic health, longevity, and clinical research.
• Ensure privacy compliance across multiple jurisdictions including GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA during contract negotiations.
• Represent the company at board-level meetings, industry conferences, and podcasts to establish credibility in the health data ecosystem.
• Build the internal partnership function from scratch, including playbooks, tooling, and team growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record of closing high-impact deals that significantly influenced business growth and trajectory.
• Deep expertise in the health, fitness, or wearables ecosystem and its commercial dynamics.
• Strong understanding of platform economics and experience with API-first infrastructure businesses.
• Expertise in navigating regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and GDPR.
• Ability to execute independently in a fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environment.
• Location: Must be based in London
