TL;DR

VP of Sales, EMEA (Ad-tech): Pursue new business growth, channel sales, and business development with a focus on closing strategic deals and partnerships with DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Networks, and Publishers. Focus on developing revenue growth strategies, managing partnerships, and exceeding revenue expectations in the CTV and mobile advertising ecosystem.

What you will do

  • Grow new business and drive adoption of hirify.global's technology across the digital ecosystem.
  • Develop strategy and action plans aligned with hirify.global’s vision.
  • Initiate revenue growth by developing, closing, and managing partnerships and deals with DSPs, SSPs, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services to support product growth.
  • Discover new business and revenue opportunities, create proposals, and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets while building a pipeline of opportunities and acting as a thought leader for product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in ad-tech
  • Experience selling solutions to CTV, supply-side, and demand-side customers
  • Proven track record of winning new client logos
  • Experience selling complex tech solutions in ad-tech and media
  • Proven ability in developing and scaling strategic sales partnerships
  • Rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and go-getter approach

  • Previous experience in Ad Verification and Compliance
