TL;DR

Customer Care Engineer (Networking): Providing post-sales technical support and leadership for a network digital twin platform with an accent on triage, bug identification, and multi-vendor network resolution. Focus on solving complex connectivity issues across cloud and vendor environments while collaborating with engineering teams.

Location: Remote (Australia). Must be able to cover NAM EST or CST time zones.

What you will do

  • Triage, prioritize, and resolve technical issues for top-tier customers.
  • Identify software bugs, recreate customer issues, and verify software fixes.
  • Collaborate with internal Engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Maintain direct communication with stakeholders and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical customer support experience.
  • Strong understanding of fundamentals in Networking, Cloud, or Security.
  • Experience supporting multi-vendor networks (e.g., Cisco, Arista, F5, AWS, GCP, Palo Alto).
  • Ability to cover NAM EST or CST time zones.
  • Participation in after-hours on-call rotation.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent educational experience.
  • Python scripting and Linux fundamentals.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and API debugging.
  • Deep knowledge of Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
