Location: Remote (Australia). Must be able to cover NAM EST or CST time zones.

What you will do
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve technical issues for top-tier customers.
- Identify software bugs, recreate customer issues, and verify software fixes.
- Collaborate with internal Engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain direct communication with stakeholders and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience.
- Strong understanding of fundamentals in Networking, Cloud, or Security.
- Experience supporting multi-vendor networks (e.g., Cisco, Arista, F5, AWS, GCP, Palo Alto).
- Ability to cover NAM EST or CST time zones.
- Participation in after-hours on-call rotation.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Nice to have
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent educational experience.
- Python scripting and Linux fundamentals.
- Experience with Kubernetes and API debugging.
- Deep knowledge of Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
