What you will do

• Partner with product owners and engineering teams to create and maintain a detailed product backlog.
• Translate strategic digital needs into actionable and technically feasible requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage components of complex cross-product initiatives through scope validation and impact analysis.
• Facilitate process modeling and wireframe creation to align stakeholder needs with desired user experiences.
• Define and coordinate user acceptance test (UAT) criteria to ensure features meet business expectations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Chicago, Peoria, or Irving).
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• 2+ years of experience in digital product management, user experience, or digital strategy.
• Mandatory domain expertise in subscription and billing software, including catalog management and revenue models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ProductBoard.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with heavy equipment technology solutions or fleet management.
• Proficiency in experience mapping techniques (e.g., user story mapping, OOUX).
