What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical documentation and traceability metrics.
• Define system and software requirements, flows, and interfaces based on customer needs.
• Facilitate design and requirements gathering meetings, including vendor coordination.
• Manage JIRA tickets for the application portfolio and ensure Agile cadences are followed.
• Identify and communicate project risks to stakeholders and act as a key escalation point.
• Create and enforce standards for requirements and use case documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis for large-scope technical projects.
• 5+ years of experience with Cloud, Web application, and/or SaaS development projects.
• Proven experience working with Agile development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with Big Data and API integration.
• Automotive or OEM industry experience.
• Proficiency with LLM tools such as Copilot, Gemini, or Claude.
• Scrum Master certification or training.
