What you will do

• Lead strategic supply chain initiatives and cross-functional projects for various spaceflight systems.
• Analyze capability, capacity, and resource requirements to guide vertical integration of critical components.
• Conduct deep-dive financial and technical cost-benefit analyses for in-sourcing versus outsourcing.
• Develop reliable, repeatable processes to streamline the collection and analysis of costs, cycle times, and lead times.
• Present detailed analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership for high-impact decision making.
• Manage enterprise software requirements and create strategic business processes.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or refugee/asylum status is strictly required.
• MBA, relevant graduate degree, or 5+ years of operations and supply chain experience.
• Proven track record of owning and driving quantitative and qualitative projects from inception to completion.
• Strong expertise in data collection, analysis, and the development of capacity models.
• Ability to lead initiatives and communicate effectively within a highly ambiguous environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior-level presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace or an engineering-development organization.
• Background in Industrial Engineering or Corporate Finance.
• Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Excel, and MS Project.
• Six-sigma or lean certification.
• Experience with enterprise planning and scheduling software.
