What you will do

• Lead non-IT enterprise-critical programs with multi-year scope and strategic significance.
• Translate corporate strategy into transformation roadmaps, KPIs, and execution plans.
• Partner with executive leaders to shape transformation strategy and prioritize investments.
• Integrate advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives, including robotics and automation technologies.
• Govern complex interdependencies, risks, and cross-functional execution to drive financial impact.
• Mentor senior project leaders and evolve PMO frameworks and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven background in manufacturing transformation and/or managing large-scale new product development.
• PMP certification is required.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

• SAFe or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling and business case realization.
