What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Execute strategic territory plans to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas within the community bank and credit union sector.
  • Generate net-new pipeline through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Navigate complex buying processes and engage executive leadership and technical decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to develop winning strategies for prospective clients.
  • Represent the company at national and regional conferences and trade shows to build brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or similar quota-carrying role.
  • Demonstrated success selling enterprise SaaS solutions, ideally within fintech or financial services.
  • Proven track record of managing pipeline and closing complex, high-value enterprise contracts.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior management.
  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and deal management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
