What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Execute strategic territory plans to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas within the community bank and credit union sector.
- Generate net-new pipeline through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Navigate complex buying processes and engage executive leadership and technical decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to develop winning strategies for prospective clients.
- Represent the company at national and regional conferences and trade shows to build brand awareness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or similar quota-carrying role.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise SaaS solutions, ideally within fintech or financial services.
- Proven track record of managing pipeline and closing complex, high-value enterprise contracts.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior management.
- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and deal management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
