Business Development Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification and prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
• Identify and prioritize target sectors including retail, fintech, and utilities to expand the B2B proposition.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Delivery teams to define scalable commercial models.
• Provide market insights and partner feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting using Hubspot.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven track record of prospecting and closing complex commercial deals.
• Experience selling digital products, platforms, or data-driven solutions.
• Background in retail or financial services.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to a hybrid schedule in London (2-3 days per week in-office).
