Salary: R$64,903 - R$81,129

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle administration from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and optimize organizational guidelines.
• Manage payroll activities via external providers, including reconciliation of statutory charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, eSocial).
• Oversee benefits administration, verification, and vendor management.
• Manage workplace experience, including coworking space operations, IT procurement, and office supplies.
• Coordinate local engagement initiatives and event planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll management and solid knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT).
• Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal).
• Experience with HRIS and electronic time-tracking systems.
• Convenient access to the São Paulo office, with an expectation of 4 days per week onsite.
• Practical knowledge of occupational health routines and regulatory standards.
