Salary: $141,200 - $237,400

What you will do
- Lead Finance Technology roadmap execution across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Product, and Engineering.
- Drive Agile delivery by ensuring business and technical requirements are clearly defined, documented, and prioritized.
- Manage and optimize ERP and revenue systems such as Workday, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue.
- Facilitate solution design that balances technical constraints with financial accuracy and compliance needs.
- Develop executive-ready narratives, status updates, proposals, and data-driven risk assessments.
- Support SOX, audit, and governance requirements to ensure coordinated delivery.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems (Workday, Zuora, or similar).
- Practical knowledge of accounting fundamentals, revenue processes, and financial operations.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
- Strong written communication skills for creating narrative-driven documents and executive updates.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering multi-quarter roadmaps with high ownership.
- Must be based in one of the 50 United States.
