What you will do

• Lead Finance Technology roadmap execution across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Product, and Engineering.
• Drive Agile delivery by ensuring business and technical requirements are clearly defined, documented, and prioritized.
• Manage and optimize ERP and revenue systems such as Workday, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue.
• Facilitate solution design that balances technical constraints with financial accuracy and compliance needs.
• Develop executive-ready narratives, status updates, proposals, and data-driven risk assessments.
• Support SOX, audit, and governance requirements to ensure coordinated delivery.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems (Workday, Zuora, or similar).
• Practical knowledge of accounting fundamentals, revenue processes, and financial operations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong written communication skills for creating narrative-driven documents and executive updates.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering multi-quarter roadmaps with high ownership.
• Must be based in one of the 50 United States.
