What you will do

• Hire and manage first-line Managers and a growing team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects.
• Drive expansion in the Middle East & Africa across sectors including financial services, manufacturing, energy, public sector, healthcare, and retail.
• Support the consumption business by focusing on customer value and enhancing SA effectiveness in sales cycles.
• Build long-term trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in large corporations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to strengthen the hirify.global brand in the MEA region.

Requirements

• 5+ years of second-line leadership experience (manager of managers) with teams of 20+ individuals.
• Proven success in enterprise software pre-sales with senior-level tenure, specifically within the EMEA region.
• Track record of driving large transactions and managing strategic accounts generating +$1M ARR.
• Strong ability to influence and empower cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Knowledge of AI, Cloud software models, and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
