Location: Onsite in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and support a group of 5 Engineering Managers overseeing multiple teams and dozens of engineers.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Data, and GTM leadership to shape the product roadmap and execution plans.
  • Drive the delivery of core product and Growth experiences, specifically integrating AI into key user workflows.
  • Translate high-level company strategy into clear engineering direction and measurable outcomes.
  • Refine planning and communication processes to improve collaboration across domains.
  • Manage hiring, organizational design, and scaling of the engineering team in Tel Aviv.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience managing managers and multi-team groups.
  • Proven track record of leading product engineering teams at scale in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect technical work to business impact.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders on customer-facing products.
  • Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

  • B2C product experience.
  • Experience building products that incorporate AI/ML capabilities.
