TL;DR
Partner Success Manager (AI): Managing a portfolio of consulting and systems integration partners to drive the adoption and expansion of Claude with an accent on joint business planning and vertical specialization. Focus on running QBRs, managing co-investment funding, and establishing the operating model for partner success in North America.
Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY). Staff are expected to be in the office at least 25% of the time.
Salary: $300,000 - $355,000 USD

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of managed partners in North America, serving as the primary point of contact post-deal closure.
- Run a Partner QBR cadence to set joint goals regarding customer adoption, architect certifications, and industry positioning.
- Drive adoption, retention, and expansion across the joint customer book, surfacing and unblocking stalls in account health.
- Manage co-investment funding decisions, ensuring requests are deployed against specific outcomes rather than consultant hours.
- Coach partners on vertical specialization to build bench depth and published reference work in specific industry lanes.
- Coordinate with Partner Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless delivery and consumption growth.
Requirements
- Experience in partner success, customer success, or technical account management at a software company or cloud platform.
- Track record of managing a book of partners with accountability tied to adoption and expansion metrics.
- Deep understanding of usage-based business models and customer behavior drivers.
- Technical fluency sufficient to be credible during architecture reviews and AI implementation discussions.
- Active professional use of LLMs (e.g., Claude) to analyze pipelines, draft account plans, and coach partners.
- Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.
Nice to have
- 5–8 years of experience working with global systems integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte) or boutique firms.
- Depth in specific industry verticals such as financial services, healthcare, public sector, retail, or manufacturing.
- Experience operating in an early-stage team where the operating model is being built in parallel with execution.
- Proven experience running productive, outcome-driven quarterly business reviews with practice leads.
