Salary: $261,000 – $352,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing new advertising opportunities.
• Own and achieve defined revenue targets within assigned territories or verticals.
• Develop structured account plans to maximize advertiser ROI and long-term growth.
• Build relationships with senior-level decision-makers and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Create data-driven business cases to quantify opportunities for advertisers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to support complex deals.

Requirements

• Full bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy/consulting.
• 3+ years of experience as a proven advisor influencing executives and senior clients.
• Proven track record of owning revenue targets and closing complex deals.
• Ability to translate analytical insights into compelling commercial narratives.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Miami, Florida.
