What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing System Operations team with clear ownership and accountability.
• Drive automation, self-service, and AI-enabled workflows to scale operations across identity, endpoint, and SaaS systems.
• Oversee core internal technology domains, including Entra ID architecture, lifecycle automation, and access governance.
• Ensure internal technology operations meet security, audit, and control requirements through reliable processes.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions for company growth and integrations.
• Improve speed and reliability of services by driving Terraform standards and reducing configuration drift.

Requirements

• Experience leading systems engineering, enterprise technology, or IT operations at scale.
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building effective teams.
• Technical depth in identity platforms, endpoint management, SaaS administration, or infrastructure automation.
• Proven ability to run complex operational environments with clear prioritization and measurable results.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and practical ways to apply them to operations.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
