What you will do

  • Coordinate and support on-site and online employer branding and wellbeing events (meetups, conferences, networking) and related logistics.
  • Support planning and execution of employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Coordinate creation of employer branding and wellbeing materials with the internal branding team using Jira.
  • Collect and consolidate employee and business content (photos, videos, stories, event coverage) and prepare promotional/communication materials.
  • Monitor and report employer branding and recruitment marketing performance using social media and event metrics; assist with market research and benchmarking.

Requirements

  • Excellent Polish and English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in the office in a hybrid model.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a proactive attitude; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in employer branding, HR, marketing, social media, or event coordination.
  • Active involvement in student organizations, academic initiatives, or volunteering.
