What you will do
- Coordinate and support on-site and online employer branding and wellbeing events (meetups, conferences, networking) and related logistics.
- Support planning and execution of employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing activities.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Coordinate creation of employer branding and wellbeing materials with the internal branding team using Jira.
- Collect and consolidate employee and business content (photos, videos, stories, event coverage) and prepare promotional/communication materials.
- Monitor and report employer branding and recruitment marketing performance using social media and event metrics; assist with market research and benchmarking.
Requirements
- Excellent Polish and English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the office in a hybrid model.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Creativity, curiosity, and a proactive attitude; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in employer branding, HR, marketing, social media, or event coordination.
- Active involvement in student organizations, academic initiatives, or volunteering.
