What you will do

• Launch and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to scale acquisition for the Easy Start product.
• Execute rapid creative testing cycles by defining hypotheses, analyzing results, and iterating.
• Monitor daily performance metrics including spend, CTR, CPC, CPA/CAC, and lead quality.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve the paid traffic funnel.
• Identify scalable regions, offers, and audiences to widen the user acquisition funnel.
• Support the testing of landing pages and quiz flows to optimize conversion rates.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven track record in managing PPC campaigns, specifically in paid social.
• Expertise in rapid creative testing and performance optimization based on data.
• Ability to make proactive decisions on scaling or stopping campaigns based on early signals.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain campaign results and recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription-based, education, or kids-focused products.
• History of launching or scaling new products through paid acquisition.
• Understanding of full-funnel performance from first click to activation.
