N2JSoft is a fast-growing B2B SaaS fintech specializing in digitizing financial processes, including expense management and corporate card programs.

What you will do

  • Produce compelling German and English content, including blog posts, white papers, and case studies for lead generation.
  • Manage PR and build relationships with tech and business media in the DACH market.
  • Plan and execute local B2B events, trade shows, and webinars (approx. 15 per year).
  • Grow the brand's social media presence on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram via organic campaigns.
  • Adapt global GTM strategies and localize campaigns for regional buyer personas.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align local marketing actions.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C2 level) and strong English skills.
  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record in PR, content production, and event management.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Ability to operate as a local lead on the ground in the DACH region.

Nice to have

  • Background in fintech, spend management, or adjacent B2B financial software.
